Hadaly Productions, Inc. (EIN 04-3523594) is a tax-exempt organization as is described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization is devoted to the promotion of independent and experimental film and video production as an art form, existing to lend organizational and instructive support to individuals undertaking projects with a varied level of expertise. The organization's activities are the following:

Produce or help in the production of films/videos with challenging artistic visions that
have little or no commercial value

Provide informative workshops to educate people interested in film-/video-making
techniques

Raise funds to lend financial support to help artists make or finish films/videos

Develop a network and support system for individuals making non-commercial work

Organize screenings of emerging and experienced artists

We are very proud that we can help an independent project such as Kerri's, and we will look forward to its accomplishments.
